Girl’s Size 3 Pink Floral Dress with Tote Bag

Dress has a wide strap that ties into a bow in the bag.  There is an opening on one side that closes with velcro.  The top and bottom of the dress are sewn together using gathers.  The gathers is what makes the dress flare.  Notice the cute hem with white fabric and pink ribbon sewn to the middle.    Included is a small tote bag.
