Thanksgiving Coffee Table Runner and Matching 14 Inch Pillow Covers
I am proud of this runner which is placed on my coffee table. If you plan to do the same remember your coffee table must be a long rectangular shape which is at least 45″ long. That is the length of this runner.
I think that the ends of the runner are attractive because of the coordinating fabric I used and the narrow borders sewn to the V shape. The fabric in the back is a beige color.
I sewed pillow covers and don’t include the inside pillows because it is too difficult to mail. Go to a fabric store and buy 14 inch pillows. Be sure to take the covers with you so you can place the pillows inside to ensure a good fit. Pillows can be different heights and the right one will allow you to close the back of the pillow easily. There is batting under the front of the pillow (notice the quilting stitch I did).
Both items can be machine washed but don’t place it in the dryer. It is best to allow them to dry naturally.
